An Albemarle man is jailed in Stanly County, accused by authorities of dealing cocaine.

Seth Miles Key, 23, was arrested Thursday after an investigation that began in December, the Stanly County Sheriff’s Office said. He was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, delivering cocaine, and selling cocaine.

Police said undercover officers from sheriff’s offices in Cabarrus and Stanly counties joined Albemarle officers in making purchases of cocaine and prescription medication from Key more than once since Dec. 10.

Key was jailed under $250,000 bond and has an initial court appearance scheduled Monday, deputies said.
