Police seek 2 suspects in Hickory bank heist

Hickory police are looking for two men in connection with Wednesday morning’s robbery of the Community One Bank.

The bank branch in the 2200 block of 12th Avenue NE was robbed shortly before 10:45 a.m., police said. No injuries were reported.

Police said both suspects were black males. One was about 6 feet 4 and wore dark clothing, sunglasses and a winter hat. The other was 5-8 to 5-10 and wore a gray hoodie, black pants, sunglasses and a toboggan.

Investigators said they do not have a description of a possible getaway vehicle.
