2 charged, 4 sought in Lincoln theft ring

The six men are accused by the sheriff’s office of breaking into a number of residences over the last 10 months in western Lincoln County.

Lincoln County authorities say they have arrested two men and are looking for four others in connection with a series of break-ins across the western part of the county.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said the break-ins were at residences on North Brook Number III School Road, Grand Point Lane, Rose Ridge Lane and Old Highway 18. The break-ins cover a period from last July to April of this year, deputies said.

All six suspects are from the Vale area, investigators said.

Rodney Scott Wright, 45, and Carl Lloyd Almany, 20, were arrested and charged with a January burglary at an unoccupied residence. Kitchen and bathroom appliances were stolen in that case, deputies said.

Almany also is charged in the theft of lawn equipment from a residence last July.

Deputies said they are looking for these four men: Anthony Jackson Lewis, 26; Lloyd Allen Roark Jr., 20; Quinton Lee Allen Roark, 19;and Thomas Andrew Parker, 36.

Anyone with information about the four suspects being sought is asked to contact the sheriff’s office, 704-732-9050, or leave information with Crime Stoppers, 704-736-8909.
