Federal marshals say a man wanted in a homicide near Charleston was found and arrested Monday in west Charlotte.

Marshals found Lee Dell Bradley, 59, whose home is listed as Rock Hill, in a parking lot on Freedom Drive near Ashley Road. He was arrested without incident, marshals said.

Bradley was wanted by the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office in the stabbing death of his girlfriend, Francis Lawrence, last week in Summerville, S.C.

Bradley faces a homicide charge in South Carolina and is in a Mecklenburg County jail, awaiting extradition. Steve Lyttle
