Lenoir man charged after selling drugs to undercover officer

A Lenoir man was arrested Thursday after police said he sold methamphetamine, heroin and other drugs to an undercover officer.
Charles Gary Kelly Jr., 51, was charged with numerous felonies following a week-long investigation, according to Lenoir Police Department.
During that time, Kelly sold roughly two grams of meth, more than a dozen hydrocodone pills and .08 grams of black tar heroin to an undercover officer, police said.
Kelly was charged with multiple counts of possession with intent to sell or distribute heroin, methamphetamine and heroin trafficking, among others, police said. Kelly has received a $100,000 secured bond.
