CMPD asks for public’s help in finding wanted woman

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman wanted for interfering with an electronic monitoring device and burglary.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman wanted for interfering with an electronic monitoring device and burglary.

Rachel McCoy is wanted on outstanding warrants. On May 29, a court ordered McCoy to wear an electronic monitor during pretrial release for burglary and larceny offenses, police said.

On June 14, McCoy cut off her electronic monitor. She was last seen at 9501 Albemarle Road, according to police.

Anyone with information on McCoy should call 911, police said. Elisabeth Arriero
