Rowan County authorities make meth lab arrest

Rowan County sheriffs deputies announced Saturday they arrested a suspect in connection with a meth lab investigation.

Jeremy Daniel Thomas, 33, of the 2300 block of Mary Street in Rowan County, was charged with one count of maintaining a dwelling to keep and store drugs, one count of manufacturing a controlled substance schedule and five counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver.

Thomas is being held at the Rowan County Detention Center under a $5,000 bond. The investigation is ongoing.
