Stanly County deputies turn to the public to crack unsolved 2013 homicide

Stanly County sheriff’s investigators are asking for the public’s help in finding who killed Jason Whitney Burleson, 27, in his home in Albemarle on May 12, 2013. Media reports at the time said Burleson was found dead, duct-taped to a chair. Stanly County Crimestoppers is offering $2,500 for information leading to an arrest.
