Police in Albemarle are asking the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a breaking-and-entering case at a city recreation center earlier this month.

Police said someone broke into the E.E. Waddell Center on Aug. 8. The intruder broke into the snack machine and took items from a refrigerator, police said.

Anyone with information about the person in the photo is asked to contact Albemarle detectives at 704-984-9526.
