Man shot, killed in east Charlotte

A man died from apparent gunshot wounds following a domestic fight Sunday morning in east Charlotte, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said.
Police received a call about a fight at 8:43 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of Coliseum Drive, near Ovens Auditorium.
When they arrived, they found Kevin Crosson, 26, with gunshot wounds. He was taken to Carolinas Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead by medical personnel, police said.
Detectives believe the victim and suspect knew each other and were involved in a domestic dispute that led to the shooting.
Police are canvassing the area to determine whether there were any witnesses.
