A Mount Holly man has been arrested on charges of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of a stolen firearm, authorities said Thursday.
The FBI, Gastonia police and Mount Holly police executed a search warrant regarding a child pornography case at an apartment in the 100 block of Belmont-Mount Holly Road, said Mount Holly police Chief Don Roper. Authorities arrested Jason Edward Clemmer, 39. Clemmer is being held at the Gaston County Sheriff’s Office detention facility under a $250,000 secured bond. Authorities said the case was aided by a federally funded task force that helps law enforcement investigate people who use computer technology to sexually exploit children. Adam Bell
