    Video: Fletcher Hartsell, a former NC senator and member of the state house of representatives, pleaded guilty in a Wake County courthouse Friday after he was accused of misusing state campaign finance money. He was sentenced in federal court on Tuesday to eight months in prison on related charges, a sentence that is set to begin in July. No additional prison time was imposed by the state court.
