NC legislators to offer dueling thoughts on short session

Two legislators will offer dueling perspectives Friday on the N.C. General Assembly’s 2014 short session. Reps. Charles Jeter, R-Huntersville, and Rodney Moore, D-Charlotte, will discuss legislative issues at a Focus Friday gathering from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce at 19900 W. Catawba Ave. Among the many issues not resolved by the legislature was the Senate Bill 729 Coal Ash Management Act. Joe Marusak
