UNC's Roy Williams: The Peabody Duckmaster

North Carolina head basketball coach Roy Williams and his grandsons Aiden and Court were the Honorary Duckmasters helping march the Peabody Hotel's ducks from the Grand Lobby fountain, via elevator, back to their structure on hotel's rooftop. The five North American mallards make a daily journey from the roof to the fountain and then back to the roof six hours later. The tradition, which began in the 1930s, continues to this day at the downtown Memphis hotel where the Tar Heels are staying for the NCAA Tournament South Regional.
