Rock Hill Northwestern quarterback Justin Worley threw two touchdown passes Friday.

Overall: Rock Hill Northwestern receiver Robert Joseph caught 22 passes for 232 yards in his team's 30-23 win against Gaffney. Trojans quarterback Justin Worley completed 34 of 43 passes for 345 yards and two touchdowns. Worley's completions were just one short of the S.C. record (Dutch Fork's Erik Kimrey in 1997). Joseph's catches set a state record, two better than the nine-year-old mark set by Lamar's Derrick Higgins.

3A: Hickory Ridge's Brian Baltimore ran for 354 yards and three touchdowns in a 28-26 win against Concord Robinson. Baltimore's scoring runs covered 13, 90 and 16 yards.

2A: Lawndale Burns sophomore quarterback Brandon Littlejohn threw for 242 yards and three touchdowns in a 28-25 loss to Shelby. The game featured 10 turnovers between the teams. Burns missed a 38-yard field goal with 8.7 seconds left.

1A: Monroe's Shamir Hailey had 30 carries for 285 yards and one touchdown in a 40-9 win against rival Marshville Forest Hills Friday. That helped Monroe capture its first unbeaten regular season in the school's 48-year history.
