Boys' Key Returners: Richard Brown, 5-9, Sr., G; Davis Austin, 6-5, Sr., F; Patrick Burton, 6-3, Sr., G; Will Evans, 6-2, Sr., G
Boys' Notable: Brown averaged 14 points, 7 assists last season….Berger graduated from Latin in 1989 and played for legendary Hawks coach Jerry Faulkner. Berger has coached junior varsity for 10 years, running up a 158-63 record.
Girls Coach: Deb Savino
2008-09 Record: 4-20
Girls' Key Returners: Garland Austin, 5-5, So., G; Farrell Murphy, 5-9, Sr., G/F; Katie Shies, 5-7, Sr., G/F
Girls' Notable: Savino was an assistant with Barbara Nelson at Wingate for two seasons and was at Queens for a year before that. This is her first year at Latin…Austin led the team at 10 points per game.
