Q. Are you going to be popular in fantasy leagues this week?
A. I guess so. I’ve got a couple people in my inbox letting me know they’ve got me, so I better play good.
Q. Are these people you know?
A. Everybody I know’s (already) got me. So I definitely got to play good for them.
Q. So these were random fans?
A. I’ve got random fans hitting me up, family members. I’ve got everybody coming out of the woodwork.
Q. It sounds like it will be backfield by committee. Is that your understanding?
A. I don’t really know what my role’s going to be coming up this week. They haven’t talked to me, they haven’t told me anything. I’m prepared for it to go either way.
Q. A lot of folks compare you to Jonathan Stewart, and say you’re built like him. Do you see it?
A. Me and Stew are both every-down backs. We’re different, though. Stew’s a lot bigger than me. Stew’s about 250, 240-something. I’m not that big.
Q. So did you ever play fantasy football?
A. I played it one year. I couldn’t keep up with everything that was going on, people that weren’t playing and all that type of stuff. So I gave it up.
Q. Do you remember who you had on your team?
A. I actually had Cam. This was when I was in junior college. That’s all I can remember. Adrian Peterson, too.
Q. And you weren’t good?
A. No good. I didn’t keep up with it. I didn’t even make the playoffs in my league. I was terrible.
Q. Have you ever told Cam you had him on your fantasy team?
A. Yeah. ‘You cost me fantasy points, man.’ Nah, I never told him. It never really came up. I think I’m going to try to get back into fantasy, though. I think it’s cool.
Q. It’s crazy. If you have a hangnail and someone has you on their team, they want to know, right?
A. Yeah, people definitely want to know. They want that inside information.
