Panthers’ Frank Alexander suspended 4 games for violating substance abuse policy

Carolina Panthers defensive end Frank Alexander has been suspended without pay for the first four games of the 2014 season for violating the NFL substance abuse policy, the Panthers announced in a statement from the league on Friday.
