Defending champion Oweida heads City Amateur field

Defending champion Phillip Oweida is among 106 players in the field for this weekend’s Charlotte City Amateur. The tournament begins Friday at Cedarwood Country Club before moving to Carmel Country Club on Saturday and Quail Hollow Club for Sunday’s final round.
