CLEMSON, S.C. Clemson has signed two top high school players in South Carolina. Forwards Milton Jennings of Summerville and Devin Booker of Whitmire signed with the Tigers, the first day fall prospects could officially lock in with colleges.
Jennings is a 6-foot-9 player considered among the country's top 50 prospects by most major recruiting services. He chose the Tigers over Florida, UConn, Georgetown and UCLA.
Booker is the younger brother of Clemson forward Trevor Booker. Devin is considered among the country's top 150 prospects.
Clemson also signed 6-foot-5 guard Donte Hill from Virginia Beach, Va.
Clemson decided not to appeal the NCAA's five-game suspension of freshman center Catalin Baciu for playing on a professional team in his native Romania five years ago.
The 7-foot-2 Baciu was suspended last month. Clemson coach Oliver Purnell said the school considered itself fortunate Baciu can return in less than two weeks. He'll be eligible to play against Savannah State on Nov.25.

IUPUI 65, MICHIGAN TECH 51: Jon Avery had 16 points and 13 rebounds for IUPUI in a consolation-bracket game in the Coaches vs. Cancer regional in Ann Arbor, Mich.
Michigan Tech (0-2) lost to Michigan in Tuesday's first round, while IUPUI (1-1) fell to Northeastern.
MIAMI (OHIO) 70, WEBER STATE 66: Kenny Hayes hit a go-ahead 3-pointer with 1.7 seconds left and the RedHawks (1-0) gave coach Charlie Coles his 300th victory by beating Weber State (0-1) in the first round of the 2K Sports Classic in Los Angeles.
The RedHawks play No.4 UCLA or Prairie View with a semifinal berth at Madison Square Garden at stake.
MICHIGAN 76, NORTHEASTERN 56: Manny Harris had 26 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists for host Michigan (2-0), which will play the winner of the UCLA regional in the semifinals next week at Madison Square Garden.

CHARLOTTE: The 49ers had three players sign national letters of intent on the first day of the early signing period.
Two – Jaquaria Forney of Butler High and Amanda Dowe of Tabor City's South Columbus High – are ranked among the Top 100 high school players by Slam Magazine.
Forney was also named this week the seventh best player in North Carolina by The Observer.
Jessica Johnson of Northern Durham High also signed. She is ranked the 40th best player in the Southeast by the Southeastern Hoops Report.
J.C. SMITH: Coach Vanessa Taylor announced the hiring of Ronnie Enoch as an assistant. Enoch replaces Stephen Joyner Jr. who left for a similar position at Florida A&M. Enoch will also be the assistant bowling coach.
