Austin Tate is a man with an eye for style. This 32-year-old managing director at Tate Global Trading took an industrial loft-style apartment in the heart of South End and, with the help of designer Anne Miller, transformed its 2,500 square feet. Get ready to drool.

When Tate bought the place, it was lavishly decorated in rich Tuscan colors with heavy moldings. He stripped out the fussiness and went with neutral colors and contemporary furnishings. Check out those legit exposed beams and expansive windows.

In the kitchen, Tate added black granite countertops, stainless steal subway tile as a backsplash and painted the cabinets white. He even added this totally fun black chalkboard paint throughout.

After he got married to Alli, the updates took an eclectic vintage turn.
