The uptown entertainment complex celebrates with a free Bret Michaels concert (8 p.m. at Pavilion 210 on the top level), giveaways, strolling street performers, food samples, free parking (with purchase of $25 or more at any EpiCentre venue) and cake.

The Charlotte Symphony plays an hourlong brown-bag concert at lunch with three short Mozarts and Haydn’s “Farewell” Symphony. Same music for the evening, plus cocktails and pre-and-post-concert fun.
