→ Halloween activities at Bass Pro Shops

Bass Pro Shops is hosting free daily Halloween activities, including trick-or-treating, Peanuts-themed photo of your child, crafts, costume parade, coloring sheets and a Halloween scavenger hunt. Halloween Birthday Bash

Oct. 31 is Discovery Place’s birthday. Celebrate the center turning 33 with a spooky science activities, animal encounters with resident creepy critters, candy-free trick-or-treating and a showing of Haunted House in the 3D Theatre. Checkers game

 Music Monsters & Mayhem

Tone Loc and Coolio will perform the Music Factory’s Halloween celebration (at 9:15 and 10:15 p.m., respectively), and the party also will feature DJ Overcash and a costume contest with more than $5,000 in cash and prizes. Register for the costume contest by 10 p.m., with prizes distributed at 11:30.
