This one-day expo from Viva Raw and the 7th Street Public Market vendors is centered on a healthy, nutritional and fit lifestyle. Attendees can participate in yoga breakfast (a free yoga class, followed by breakfast you can purchase in market), live juicing demos, CrossFit exhibitions, wellness coaching sessions, postural alignment and pain assessment, a 5K running club run and a post-workout recovery jam session with live music.

The first Tuesday of each month, Lego stores offer a free mini-build for ages 6-14. Kids put together a small Lego kit, usually not available for purchase, and can take it home.

Clay Blvd. in Charlotte or 10050 E. Independence Blvd. in Matthews. Each Saturday there is a free group lesson, usually alternating between guitar, ukulele and bass.
