Craft Beer Week in South End

Charlotte Craft Beer Week kicks off Saturday in South End with an all-day beer crawl that features free trolley rides from location to location (smart, huh?). Eight stops (one every two hours or so) will feature breweries and/or retailers, each of which, we’re told, is planning special free stuff, such as pint glasses.

A schedule:

11 a.m.-1 p.m.: Unknown Brewing and Craft Growler Shop and Tasting Room, with live music and a specialty beer from Unknown called The Redeemer.

1-3 p.m.: The Beer Growler, with music.

3-5 p.m.: Sycamore Brewing and Lenny Boy Brewing, with music at each, and Irish Red from Sycamore, and Bring the Ruckus from Lenny Boy.

5-7 p.m.: Good Bottle with music and Nugget Nectar.

7-9 p.m.: Triple C Brewing with music and Bonafide Brown Ale.

9 p.m.-until: Common Market.
