Bonterra chef Blake Hartwick will serve as host chef for a James Beard Foundation “Celebrity Chef Tour” dinner May 27. Also on the cooking docket for the evening: Passion8’s Luca Annunziata, The Flipside Cafe’s Jon Fortes, Rock Salt’s Jay Pierce, Heritage’s Paul Verica and The Greenbrier’s Bryan Skelding (yes, he’s the plus-one; that resort is in West Virginia).
