Mimosa Grill plans to celebrate its 20 years in business with family-style special dinners throughout the year: Next up is roasted suckling pig dinner June 3.
The Harper’s Restaurant Group stalwart will feature pork from Rock House Farm in Morganton, and wines from Cambria Estate, with winemaker Denise Shurtleff on hand to talk about them.
Also on the menu: local charcuterie, sea bass crudo, salad with baby beets and heirloom tomatoes, baked peas with ricotta, smothered Southern corn, pork fried potatoes and more.
