Upstream will offer specials 4-7 p.m. Saturday as The Belmont Stakes offers American Pharaoh the chance at horse racing’s Triple Crown. The Phillips Place restaurant will show the race (plus pre- and post-shows) on its half-dozen HD TVs, and specials will include the Belmont “Steak” sushi roll: Wagyu flank steak, scallion, avocado and jalapeno roe. Also offered: The Belmont Jewel, a cocktail using small-batch bourbon, pomegranate and lemonade, for $5.
