What to Watch on Thursday: ‘Pitch,’ ‘Notorious’ are new

How To Get Away With Murder (10 p.m., ABC) – As Season 4 opens, the “Keating 5” attempt to move on with their lives, but Frank is still missing.

The Blacklist (10 p.m., NBC) – In the Season 4 premiere, guess who’s alive after all? Liz. And she once again needs Red to rescue her.
