Jay Leno’s Garage (10 p.m., CNBC) – Vice President Joe Biden does a burnout in a ’67 Corvette Stingray – Biden’s own car, of which he is the original owner. Biden also drag races former Secretary of State Colin Powell, who’s in a 2015 Corvette. Who’s cooler than Uncle Joe? Nobody!
