also stars. The presence of Arquette, who starred for seven seasons on NBC’s “The Medium,” makes this intriguing, but do not mistake it for a prestige drama. It’s cookie-cutter “CSI,” with the same over-the-top dialogue and production. In other words, a winning CBS formula! Tonight’s opener has the team investigating hacked baby monitors and a kidnapped infant. Burning question: Which song byThe Who

The Middle (8 p.m., ABC) – Frankie flirts with Axl’s friend in a joking way, but then worries the joke was misconstrued. Also, Sue takes Brick to a sci-fi convention.
Empire (9 p.m., Fox) – This show gets better every week, and much of it is due to Cookie (Taraji P. Henson), who this week declares war on the devilish Anika after discovering the backstabbing secret Anika has been keeping. Also, Lucious faces a longtime rival and Jamal cozies up to a famous artist.
The 100 (9 p.m., CW) – In part 1 of the Season 2 finale, Clarke and Lexa prepare for battle. Later, Octavia and Lincoln are forced to make a difficult decision.
Black-ish (9:30 p.m., ABC) – Dre plans an amazing vow renewal to celebrate 15 years of marriage to Bow, but his plans are fouled up when Bow’s hippie parents (Beau Bridges and Anna Deavere Smith) show up unannounced and fight with Dre’s mother and father.
Suits (10 p.m., USA) – In the Season 4 finale, Cahill needs help from Harvey to make his case against Woodall and Forstman, and Donna helps Louis with a crisis.
