What to Watch on Monday: Meet Judy in St. Louis (or in Oz)

Meet Me in St. Louis (8 p.m., Turner Classic Movies) – In this 1944 classic, a family stays in town for the 1904 World’s Fair and Judy Garland (more Judy!) sings one of the saddest Christmas song ever written.

The Wizard of Oz (7 p.m., TNT) – A tornado whisks a Kansas farm girl (Judy Garland) to a magical land, where she makes friends and battles a wicked witch as she tries to find her way home. Airs again at 9.

The Great Christmas Light Fight (8 p.m., ABC) – Competing displays include a Magic Kingdom-inspired light show, a high-tech homemade light show, a tribute to 9/11, a tropical North Pole and more.

Billboard Women in Music (9 p.m., Lifetime) – Madonna is named Billboard’s 2016 Woman of the Year. Other honorees include Andra Day, Halsey and Shania Twain.

Scorpion (10 p.m., CBS) – Walter takes a perilous swim to rescue a woman trapped in the La Brea tar pits.
