Chicago Justice (10 p.m., NBC) – Chicago has been very, very good to Dick Wolf. For his newest Chi-Town series, the action is set in the Illinois State’s Attorney’s office. In the first episode (technically a preview, with a premiere episode set for Sunday, March 5), Peter Stone and his team try to bring a warehouse arsonist to justice.

When We Rise (9 p.m., ABC) – In the second episode, Cleve, Ken and Roma band together to fight Proposition 6, which would ban homosexuals and their allies from working in public schools.
The Kalief Browder Story (10 p.m., Spike) – The first episode of a 6-part documentary about a 22-year-old man who was arrested at the age of 16 on false charges of robbery and imprisoned without a conviction for three years.
Suits (10 p.m., USA) – In the Season 6 finale, Mike needs Harvey and Rachel’s help to overcome an impossible obstacle and achieve his dream of becoming a lawyer.
