Real Time with Bill Maher (10 p.m., HBO) – Annie Clark and Andrea Pino, co-founders of EROC (End Rape on Campus) are guests tonight. Both women attended UNC-Chapel Hill and, along with other UNC students, were complainants in the 2013 Title IX and Clery Act complaints against the school. Their activism began after they were both sexually assaulted while students at UNC, and said the university didn’t take their complaints seriously.

Exporting Raymond (10 p.m., TV Land) – The 2010 documentary tracing “Everybody Loves Raymond” creator Phil Rosenthal’s efforts to adapt that sitcom for Russian audiences. Rosenthal travels to Moscow and serves as advisor for the production, but discovers that much is lost in translation.
