Southern Rites (9 p.m., HBO) – In this documentary, photographer Gillian Laub visits a Georgia community grappling with issues of race in the aftermath of a fatal shooting of a young black man and in the midst of a heated local election. Executive-produced by Oscar-winning musician John Legend.
