Why? With Hannibal Buress (10:30 p.m., Comedy Central) – The start of a new series hosted by comedian Hannibal Buress. Each episode tackles a topical issue using comedy sketches, man-on-the-street interviews and special guests. FYI: Buress is the dude who got all the Bill Cosby stuff stirred up again last year, so he won’t be afraid to “go there” when it’s called for.

First Peoples (9 p.m., UNC-TV) – In the finale of this special series, a look at why homo sapiens prevailed over the neanderthals in prehistoric Europe, and the cause of the neanderthals' extinction.

Key & Peele (10 p.m., Comedy Central) – Sketches in the Season 5 premiere include President Obama and Luther meeting Hillary Clinton, a football team hyping before a game and a trigger-happy policeman.

Mr. Robot (10 p.m., USA) – Eliot tries to lead a normal life, but is pulled back into fsociety.

Extant (10 p.m., CBS) – Molly and JD find another pregnant woman who suffers from unexplainable and deadly symptoms, and Molly starts to question her own mental stability.

Million Dollar Listing San Francisco (10 p.m, Bravo) – The latest in this franchise follows three San Francisco real estate agents who try to outsell one another in a market filled with demanding tech clients.
