Great Performances: Driving Miss Daisy (9:30 p.m., UNC-TV) – Alfred Uhry’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play performed by Angela Lansbury as Miss Daisy and James Earl Jones as Hoke. Boyd Gaines reprises his role as Boolie.

In Nashville, a look at “hot chicken.” Hosted by Michael Symon.
