What to Watch on Sunday: Jenner debuts in ‘I Am Cait’

I Am Cait (8 p.m., E!) – In the series premiere, Caitlyn Jenner proudly announces her true self to the world, but still has a hard time meeting with someone in her family for the first time. Also, Caitlyn learns more about transgender youths in crisis.

Who Do You Think You Are? (9 p.m., TLC) – Season 7 opens with actress Gennifer Goodwin searching her family history in hopes of connecting her father with the grandparents he never knew.

The Crimson Field (10 p.m., UNC-TV) – In the first season finale, Kitty feels guilty as Joan faces a possible lifetime in prison.

Falling Skies (10 p.m., TNT) – The 2nd Mass leaves Chinatown, and a deranged gunman takes Weaver hostage.

Intervention (10 p.m., A&E) – Season 17 opens with the story of a man who huffs 10 cans of computer duster a day and lost custody of his young son as a result. Also, a woman struggles after being repeated molested by a relative as a child.

The Strain (10 p.m., FX) – Councilwoman Faraldo wants to bring her extermination police to the other boroughs.
