Angry Sky: The Legend of Nick Piantanida (8 p.m., ESPN) – This new “30 for 30” documentary tells the story of a truck driver and exotic pet dealer who in 1965 dedicated his life to setting an extreme parachuting record. Directed by Jeff Tremaine (“Jackass”).

Astronaut Wives Club (8 p.m., ABC) – With the launch of the Gemini missions and the Apollo program's progress, pressure on the wives grows, and Marilyn Lovell conceals a pregnancy.

Rectify (10 p.m., Sundance) – Daniel struggles to follow the terms of his probation, and Teddy pushes Tawney into making a painful confession. And Janet finally loses her temper with Ted Sr.
