Next Step Realty: NYC (9 p.m., ABC Family) - ABC Family seems to be getting more into the unscripted game this year. “Becoming Us” ended its first season last night, and tonight, the network debuts two new reality shows. “Next Step Realty: NYC” follows a Manhattan real estate firm that specializes in helping recent college grads find apartments. At 10, “Startup U” is about a group of millennials starting a 7-week program at Draper University in Silicon Valley, during which time they’ll learn the fundamentals of launching a startup company. At the end, they’ll pitch their ideas to a panel of venture capitalists. (“Monica the Medium” debuts later this month.)

The Agent (10 p.m., Esquire) - It’s a real-life “Ballers” (Sundays on HBO). This new series gives an inside look at agents for professional football players. In the opening episode, agents rush to recruit players for the draft class, and a competition rises over a record-setting quarterback and a valued running back.

Proof (10 p.m., TNT) - Carolyn begins to lose her grip on reality as she deals with a delicate heart transplant case.

Tyrant (10 p.m., FX) - Jamal believes Khalil is the only person he can trust, and Barry reveals to Molly that he is alive.
