(L-R): Jonathan Slavin, Ken Jeong and Betsy Sodaro in “Dr. Ken.”
(L-R): Jonathan Slavin, Ken Jeong and Betsy Sodaro in “Dr. Ken.” ABC

Dr. Ken (8:30 p.m., ABC) - Ken Jeong plays a doctor with anger issues also trying to manage family life. Jeong (“Community,” “The Hangover”) is an actual medical doctor who graduated from Duke and UNC-Chapel Hill, so we’re pulling for him. But this new series has some problems. Read the full review of “Dr. Ken,” which includes my argument for how the show is so bad it’s actually entertaining.

Hawaii Five-0 (9 p.m., CBS) - A bomb squad is attacked and the culprit threatens to detonate hidden explosives unless an arsonist is released from prison.

Ai Weiwei: The Fake Case (10 p.m., UNC-TV) - In the final POV documentary of the season, Chinese artist Ai WeiWei becomes a voice for free speech and human rights around the world.

The Jacksons: Next Generation (10 p.m., Lifetime) - A new reality show featuring Taj, Taryll and TJ Jackson as they struggle to manage their lives, careers and families under the constant spotlight of their famous last name.
