Homestead Rescue (10 p.m., Discovery) – In this new series, homesteading expert Marty Raney and his two adult children teach aspiring homesteaders how to flee civilization and survive an off-the-grid life in the wilderness. In the opener, the Raneys help a Montana man who lives without livestock, food or water in an abandoned ghost town and is stalked by a mountain lion.
