What to Watch on Monday: ‘Rizzoli & Isles’ series ends on TNT

Rizzoli & Isles (9 p.m., TNT) – In the series finale, a dead man is found handcuffed to a bed in his own home. Meanwhile, as Jane’s going-away party nears, everyone records a message for her goodbye video as they each plan for new adventures.

Harley and the Davidsons (9 p.m., Discovery) – In the opener of this three-night miniseries, Bill Harley and brothers Walter and Arthur Davidson found the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Company. Also, Walter puts his life at risk in deadly races to beat Indian Motorcycles.

Running Wild with Bear Grylls (10 p.m., NBC) – Bear and Olympic gold medalist Lindsey Vonn take a speedboat trip, then swim to shore to make their way along a rugged coastline.

The Birth of Sake (10 p.m., UNC-TV) – This POV documentary goes behind-the-scenes of Japan’s Yoshida Brewery, where artisans ages 20-70 learn how to make sake, Japan’s rice wine.
