Charlotte Knights Saturday home games will be broadcast on WMYT (Channel 55) again this season, the team announced Monday.

For the second year, the Fox-owned station will carry 10 games this season beginning with the April 11 home stand against the Norfolk Tides. WMYT’s broadcasts consist of the BB&T Stadium’s in-house television feed plus the radio play-by-play from the Charlotte Knights Radio Network.

WZGV-AM (ESPN 730) will be the team’s Charlotte flagship affiliate again this year, beginning with Friday’s exhibition game against the Knights’ parent Chicago White Sox. Matt Swierad will return for this 18th season calling Knights games and will be joined by 11-year veteran Mike Pacheco and former Knights pitcher Jake Robbins for Saturday home games.

WBT-AM (1110) will carry seven “Saturday Knight Baseball” broadcasts plus Friday night’s exhibition game. Sports director Jim Szoke will call the games and be joined by various WBT personalities.
