For the second time in two weeks, a group of thieves stole designer fragerences from the Ulta store in Rock Hill.
At about 6:40 p.m. Thursday, three men and a woman entered the Manchester area store, grabbed two bottles of Michael Kors perfume valued at $176 and then fled the store without paying, according to a Rock Hill Police report.
The shoplifters were in and out of the store within about 15 seconds.
A worker said the suspects appeared to be the same people who shoplifted at Ulta before.
On Feb. 3, four people stole 31 bottles of perfume valued at $2,620. Other similar thefts have also been reported.
