An 18-year-old Crouse man has been charged with the rape of a 12-year-old girl, Lincoln County authorities said today.
According to a sheriff's office news release, Noe Perez Trinidad was charged with two counts of first-degree rape. He was being held in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $150,000 secured bond.
Authorities said detectives and DSS representatives were dispatched to a residence on Crouse School Road after an anonymous source reported the alleged incident. The suspect gave officers a fake Society Security card and ID when they questioned him at the scene, authorities said.
