Also arrested was Samantha Rae Eason, who was charged with resisting, delay or obstruction arrest. She was held under a $1,000 secured bond.
Authorities said the vehicle was stolen from Reynolds Limousine Service in Huntersville but the date of the theft hasn't been determined.
According to a Mount Holly Police Department news release, officers were called to 600 East Henry St., Lot 52, where a Cadillac Escalade limousine was found. A suspect was seen ducking into the passenger side of the vehicle and another suspect in the driver's side.
The men jumped out and ran through the woods, authorities said. Mount Holly Police chased them with the help of the Belmont Police Department's tracking dog. The trail was lost in a neighborhood off N.C. 273.
A tip led police to the location of the suspects.
Authorities described Allen and Warren as repeat offenders and said several recent break-ins may be linked to them.
