Statesville police are searching for a suspect in a break-in at Statesville Middle School that resulted in $80,000 in property damage.
Police issued warrants today for Jay Allen Miller in the Aug. 1 break-in. Police want Miller on charges of felony breaking, entering and larceny, injury to real property, injury to personal property and damage to a non-government computer system, a felony.
Police said in a news release this morning that Miller was linked to the break-in through physical evidence at the school.
Miller also is suspected in an Aug. 13 break-in at Statesville Middle, police said.
