Sensoria arts fest at CPCC

The Sensoria arts festival at Piedmont Community College concludes this weekend with a last burst of music, theater, dance and art.

Here are some of the highlights, all at CPCC’s Central Campus. Unless noted, admission is free.

Canadian Brass. The brass ensemble’s performance is co-sponsored by Charlotte Concerts. 8 p.m. Friday. $30-$50. Halton Theater.

Tosco Music Party. Twenty acts will perform in this family-friendly event. 7 p.m. Saturday. $15 general admission, $12 seniors, $8 for ages 16 and under. Halton Theater.

“Coming Home: Original Works by Romare Bearden.” Exhibition of works by the Charlotte-born visual artist. Through April 30, Pease Gallery.

“Play it Again, Sam.” Comedy by Woody Allen. 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. 2:30 p.m. Sunday. $16. Pease Auditorium.

“Under the Red Cloak: Portraits in Red/Images in Black.” Dee Abdulla’s play explores black female historical characters and images. 7:30 p.m. Friday, Tate Hall.

Joffrey Ballet School Performance Company. Lecture and demonstration. 11 a.m. Saturday. $15. Tate Hall.
