Carowinds is now hiring more 2,000 workers as its prepares for its 2015 season.
Jobs vary from entry level to supervisory, and positions are available in all departments, including admissions, aquatics, cash services, entertainment, food and beverage, games, guest services, human resources, maintenance, merchandise, marketing, park services, rides, safety and security.
Applicants must be at least 15. Applications are being taken online at www.carowinds.com. After submitting the application, candidates should visit the Carowinds employment office for a pre-screen interview (no appointments required).
The employment office is located next to the park on Catawba Trace, off Carowinds Boulevard. The office is open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m, with pre-screen interviews conducted until 4 p.m.
Carowinds opens Saturday, March 28, and will be open on weekends in the spring and fall, daily through the summer and daily during the weeks when local schools have spring break, March 28 to April 12.
